Preview in Illustrator w/ bleed
A few weeks ago I was bemoaning one of Illustrators flaws that makes it impossible to preview a document with the bleed. My coworker suggested simply using InDesign which is a solution but I like to stick with Illustrator/Photoshop whenever possible.
Later that same week she emailed me this wonderful link explaining how to setup and Illustrator document with bleed using clipping masks and stacked layers.
